Terms of Service

1. Guarantee that the products are made of mulberry silk and support customer inspection.
2. Support orders from USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Euro-union. Support single order and wholesale orders.
3. Product price includes product price and shipping fee,not including any tax. All orders are free shipping by seller,any destination customs duties sales tax, etc should be paid by the buyers.(normally single orders will be deliver by loacl postal office, almost less or no customs duties).
4. Ensure that the goods will be shipped and tracking number will be uploaded within 2 business days(except for customized products and large quantities of wholesale products,delivery time of customized products orders and wholesale product orders is determined by sellers and buyers)
5. The product is mostly delivered by international parcel, and the normal delivery time is 7-15 business days. The delay caused by weather and local post office is out of seller control.
6. Support the application for refund and replacement within14 days after the delivery date of the product, the returned shipping fee shall be paid by the buyer. Please note that underwear products and customized products, as well as products damaged by customers, do not support return and replacement.
7. Mulberry silk belongs to the precious protein fiber fabric, please use correct method for maintenance and prolong the service life.
